A graduate of Indiana University school of Business, and Navy Pilot, I have been a real estate professional since 1973 holding a Brokers License for the state of California. I have been actively involved in real estate sales , becoming involved in property management as an extension of my real estate business and have grown the business since 1983. In my capacity as broker of record my emphasis is on new account acquisition, negotiations, representation and conflict resolution. Past president of the Pacicific Southwest Assocation of Realtors, 1998. Past Chairman of the Board of SANDICOR, 1999.

A graduate of University of West Florida school of Music, I hold a State of California Teaching Credential. I am a licensed real estate agent with a background in mortgage banking and escrow. I have had 15 years experience as an escrow officer prior to retiring to assist with the property management business in 1997. Since that time, I have been the office manager and account manager for DRW Management, assisting with every aspect of the business. My main emphasis is on bookkeeping, computer support, and general office management.

My oversight as Vice President includes Real Estate Sales, implementing policies and procedures, small claims representation, cost analysis and control of maintenance cost, new account acquisitions, and assisting with contract negotiations. A graduate of the College of Engineering at Arizona State University, I hold a degree in Construction Management 1997. I progressed through the commercial construction industry 8 years to Superintendent/ Sr. Project Engineer. I hold a valid Real Estate Sales License and am available to assist you with all your real estate and property management needs.

| Elaine has been licensed with both the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors since 1986 when she first practiced real estate in her hometown of Santa Barbara. She moved with her family to Bonita in 1987 and joined Mc Millin Realty, selling homes throughout the South Bay and San Diego areas, and earning Senior Sales Executive status. After a two-year break from the business, she began working with DRW Services Group, Inc. in 2002, learning the property management side of real estate while still selling homes in the area. Currently she is using her expertise to help others find or sell their homes. Elaine enjoys her family of four children and six grandchildren, and volunteers at Bonita Vista High School and with the Swim and Water polo teams there. |
